SB 91 amends §16-11-172 to prohibit any licensed weapons importer, manufacturer, or dealer from transferring or selling a firearm to any individual designated as requiring judicial review by the Georgia Information Sharing and Analysis Center. Judicial review would require petitioning a judge of the probate court in the county of the individual’s residence for authorization to receive a firearm.
